お店自体は清潔感があって良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理の予約をした際に部品が入り次第連絡しますと言われたまま一ヶ月がすぎ、あまりに遅いと思い電話してみると来店したことすら無かったことに。結局また点検、予約の流れになりました。その時控えた個人情報の管理はどうなってんの？こちらから連絡しなければ全て無かったことになってましたね。たった2回の来店でもはや信用はないです。とりあえずやることはやって貰いますが、その後の利用は無いでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の調子が悪く、予約なしで行きました。直ぐに対応はして頂きましたが、1時間10分待たされましたと言うより放置状態でした！急に行ったせいもあるかもしれませんが、順番があるので少し待ち時間があるとか、なんか一言あっても良いのでは？と、思いました！
