親切で、ほしい車が他の店舗にあると、そのお店に一緒に行ってくれます。

但し、担当営業がいる間はですが。担当営業が定年後は最悪です。対応自体塩対応。他店での点検時にフロントウインドウの拭きむらで前が見えづらい為に自宅から近いおおやきぎ店へ連絡すると言われ向かいましたが、フロントマネージャーに連絡が来ていないから後回しにされた。但し連絡が入った途端態度が一変。しかし時は遅し、このフロントマネージャーの対応を本社勤務の前店長や他店舗等に連絡済み。フロントマネージャーの対応はダダをこねる子供。
現在営業が聞きに行くと首を横に振り知らないと首を横に振っていた。客から見える位置で何度も繰り返す。到着から30分続いた。フロントマネージャーに抜擢した人の質が落ちたと感じた。
