大	大海 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年くらいお世話になってます。ダイハツ車が好きな事もありますが、こちらのスタッフさんは皆さん親切です。もらい事故の時も代車手配が早く、次の日県外の仕事に間に合い助かりました。整備点検パックも他社ブランドの購入車、中古車に対応です。新車から入っていて車検もお世話になっています。車購入はもちろん、整備パックはおすすめです。気軽に相談出来るので、行ってみてください。 Thank you for about 10 years. 堀	堀内裕城 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事故修理を依頼した際の対応が悪かった。親切、不親切とかではなく事務と接客の能力不足。 ①見積り内容を一切説明せづに修理開始の連絡が来たので「内容が分からないと困る」と言ったら、担当は「ですよねー」とへらへら笑っていた。 ② その後、見積り内容を聞いても大雑把かつ文脈の散らかった説明で、重要な事はこちらから聞かなければ答えなかったので、説明に漏れがないか不安になったため「一旦、話をまとめてもらってから再度説明してほしい」と伝えると「まとめるですか？」と自分の何が問題かも分かっていない様子だった。 ③ 車を引き取りに行った際も手続きが済んだので帰ろうとしたら呼び止められて、本来は最初に書かなければならない修理依頼書を忘れていたらしく、その場で書かされた挙げ句、修理作業の担当者が「支払いは期日内に『速やかに』して下さい」とそこだけ念入りに言ってきた。自分はろくな仕事もできなかったくせに何様だこいつ。車を買ったらディーラーはセットでついてくるから殿様商売のつもりなんだろう。上記以外にも色々あったけど多くて書ききれない。他の口コミには親切とか書いてあったけど、何の問題も起こらなければメンテだけに行ってお茶を飲んで帰ってくるだけならディーラーが無能力でも対応できるだろう。とりあえずニコニコ笑ってればいいのだから。しかし、重要なのは問題が起きた時の対応がどうかである。 The response when requesting accident repair was poor.
