こないだ電話したら、電話を受けたスタッフの対応が半端なく悪かった。友達的な感じで『はーい』『失礼しまーす』や、まだこっちが喋っているのに被せて喋りだす。電話ではありえない対応。挙げ句には、先に電話切られた。
普通はお客様が電話きってから受話器置くのがマナーですよ。いい大人なんだから、それくらいしましょうよ。
The person in charge is very unique and kind!
When I called the other day, the staff who received the call were not very responsive. I feel like a friend, "Hey", "Excuse me", and even though I'm still talking, I start talking. Correspondence that cannot be done by telephone. To mention it, the phone was hung up earlier.
Normally, it is good manners to hang up the handset after the customer answers the call. I'm a good adult, so let's do that.

整備スタッフの方は親切丁寧に説明くれました。
