★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年前ほどにメンテナンスや修理でお世話になっていました。メンテナンスは丁寧で、担当者も丁寧ですが、店舗内の他の対応が明らかに客を見て対応を決めているのだろうなという感じでとても居心地が悪かったです。というのも、乗り換えようと新車購入時に見積りや車の説明をお願いしましたが、非常になげやりで残念な思いをしました。値引き交渉以前に買いたいんだったら買えばという感じ。
私はどうやらお客さんとしてこの店舗には選んでもらえなかったようなので、結果的に他社メーカーに乗り換えました。
最近、新車購入を検討していて、どうしても試乗したい車がここにしかなく、久々に訪問しましたが、出迎えも以前同様塩対応。連絡して予約して訪問したのに連絡が行き届いていない感じ。
ただ唯一救われたのは、担当についてくれた営業の方がとても丁寧に対応してくれたので、いくらか以前の記憶の印象が良くなりました。

Recently, I was considering purchasing a new car, and there was only one car I really wanted to test drive here, so I visited it after a long time, but the reception was salt-friendly as before. I contacted him, made a reservation, and visited him, but he didn't get in touch.
The only thing that saved me was that the sales person who was in charge responded very politely, which gave me a somewhat better impression of my previous memories.
