★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、ヤリスの１年点検でした。朝一番で店にもちこんだのですが、すぐに作業に取りかかってくれました。あとは店内で持参の文庫本を読んでいましたが、静だし余計な声がけも無し。点検の最後にはしっかりと点検内容を説明していただきました。うるさくないのが１番いいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北日本旅行のため大阪を出発してもう45日になる。ご存知の通り、大阪など関西の中心部では２年に一度２cmぐらいしか雪が降らない。即ち、９月の中旬にスタッドレスタイヤなど売ってる店もなく、新製品のディスプレイなど全くない。
北海道16日間でも美幌で気温が低いことは経験したが晴れていたので、雪の心配もなかったので装着は見送った。
スノータイヤは大阪で住んでいる限り無用なので、天気情報で3日前にオーダーしてもいいやと思っていたが案の定天気は悪化してその必要に迫られた。バックスやハットは廉価版のスタッドレスで相当なオーダーを抱えているとのことで、急遽、天童公園に連泊していた私は、こちらに迷うことなく電話した。
受付の女性に困り果ててこの電話をかけていることが伝わったのか、その会話と平行してサービスの担当者が対応サイズのタイヤの在庫チェックを行ってくれている。
ああ、そういうことなんだ、この気持ちの良いスムーズな対応は、やはり業績世界一のトヨタのなせる技なんだと。
電話をしてから装着したのがその翌日。その翌日の昼過ぎには蔵王温泉のチェックインが待っていた。
雪遊びをする愛犬が楽しそうで、私も嬉しかった。われわれにこの素敵な笑顔をくれた、また素晴らしい対応をいただいたスタッフの方々に、私からも心からの五つ星を捧げたい。

The next day I put it on after calling. Check-in for Zao Onsen was waiting in the afternoon the next day.
My dog playing in the snow seemed to be fun, and I was happy too. I would like to give my heartfelt five stars to the staff who gave us this wonderful smile and gave us a wonderful response.
