★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日見に行ったのですが、店員さんの対応は◎、店内の衛生面でも◎といった印象でした！
ただ、子連れには子供を遊ばせておくスペースがコロナの影響か無かった為ゆっくり見てられる時間がなく、やっぱりそういったスペースは欲しかったなとは思います。また、キチッとした店内でガラスと椅子の間などに子供の体がはいれる場所があり、すこし怖いなと思ったため☆を1個減らしました。特に問題はなく、コロナ化の状況が改善されればより良くなるのではないでしょうか。

However, I don't have time to watch slowly because there was no space for children to play with because of the influence of Corona, so I think I wanted such a space. In addition, there is a place where the child's body can be put in between the glass and the chair in the tight store, so I thought it was a little scary, so I reduced the number of ☆ by one. There is no particular problem, and I think it will be better if the situation of coronaization is improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お願いした整備は問題ないけど、とにかく対応良くない。めちゃくちゃ悪くはないけど、親切さや思いやりの対応といった感じはない。トヨタのディーラーという看板がなければ行かない。トヨタ本社が頑張っても末端の営業がこれでは、、整備の人もかわいそう。。
There is no problem with the maintenance I requested, but the response is not good anyway. It's not terribly bad, but it doesn't feel like kindness or compassion. You can't go without a sign that says a Toyota dealer. Even if the Toyota head office does its best, the sales at the end are this, so I feel sorry for the maintenance people. ..
