写真の平らな部分に座って、台座部分を両手でつかんで、他の人に回してもらいます。すると若干傾斜している構造により独特の動きをします。遠心力で飛ばされないように体幹が必要ですが、三半規管もひどく鍛えられる（ダメージをうける？）こと間違いなしです。
