近くの魚屋・泉銀さんで紹介いただき、その日のうちに牡蠣むき用の包丁をご用意いただきました。
元々、先端が丸めの赤貝用を、その場ですぐ尖らせて牡蠣用に加工してもらいました。
お優しい店主のおじいさまで、親切にしていただき感謝です。

結果1mm以上あった欠けがどこにあったかわからないレベルで綺麗に研いでいただけました。(料金：2000円)
店主の接客も丁寧で、思わずふらっと立ち寄りそうです。
なかなか行く機会はありませんが、またいつか行きます。
