I am surprised at the bullishness of changing the schedule and not giving a schedule in advance, "I will not let you appear if you can not give priority to ballet above all." I guess if ballet is everything, but I think that it is too much to be tied to that if you think of it as a lesson. Schedule and other communications are not properly made. Although bulletin boards and the internet are slow to update, they are often ambiguous and difficult to understand. On the other hand, if you make a mistake in your schedule, you will complain to children who can't return and will hate them from going to ballet. Also, when performances and recitals are near, they will not start on time or end on time. I usually extend it for one or two hours without any delay, and I often use it for my back schedule. When I say "because I have a plan", I hate it again. There is also a clear distinction between students who care and those who don't, and students who compete in the competition or give priority to ballet are important, but those who do not have the same name for many years. I do not even remember. Even though I was able to go to school, my child loved to dance quite obediently, but even said, "I don't like going to the classroom, my teacher says it's not fun, and I don't enjoy ballet anymore." The classroom is the best, and the students are obedient to follow everything the classroom says. The classroom management policy is more suitable for the times than the ballet itself. I really regret that I should have looked carefully at the classroom to take care of more students and chose from the best.
