スポンジはカステラサンドのようだし、クリームに本物の生クリーム感は希薄ではあります、イチゴも1個、栗も一個しか乗ってません。でもそれで良いんです！
古き良き昭和のケーキ、生クリームが貴重だったあの時代の、タイムスリップケーキです。お値段も時代に飲まれていません。
私が物心ついた時には既に生クリーム主流に切り替わりつつあり、遠い記憶の味でしたが、祖父が買ってくれた誕生日ケーキは、確かにバタークリームの味がしました。
記憶を呼び起こしてくれる味。今時バターケーキが食べられるなんて、逆に貴重ですよ。おばあちゃん達が泣いて喜んでくれそうなノスタルジックアイテムです！
