★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家はビルと同じ耐震計算をしているらしく、地震がおきても大丈夫だと思います。ツーバイフォーでも在来工法でもどっちでも建てられます。家は換気扇をつけるとドアが空きにくくなるほど気密性が高いです。寒いときに家に入ると暖かい、暑いときは涼しいと省エネハウスで居心地がいいです。
 The house seems to be doing the same seismic calculation as the building, so I think it's okay if an earthquake occurs. It can be built either by two-by-four or conventional method. When a house is fitted with a ventilation fan, the door is more airtight so that it is difficult to open the door. It is warm and comfortable when entering the house when it is cold and cool when it is hot.
