電化製品屋にも関わらず知識なし。間取りや日当たりを説明し8畳〜10畳用が必要な場合でも、ここでは5〜6畳を勧められる。それで充分だと言う。
修理に関してもガス漏れなど見てもらえてるか不安。何を確認したのか点検内容の説明一切なし。
尚ここが管理会社の場合は、適応しない小さい設備でも壊れてなければ変えない方針なので注意。エアコン等の設備を実費で買うように言われます。都合が悪くなると電話も無視されます。
ペットが居る、冷え性、妊婦又は子作り予定がある場合は、ほそぶち系列の賃貸はおススメしません。
他でも同じ内容の口コミを見たので、どうやらたまたまという訳ではないようです。
もう二度と利用しません。

ペット特約で敷金は償却だったのですが、こちらの過失は一つもないこととを認めているのに畳を新品にしろとか備え付けのエアコン3台のクリーニング費と掃除代を請求されました。
それでもペット特約で敷金を割増していたのでどうせ償却して終わると思っていたら、敷金は償却して最初から存在しないから別途払えと言われました。
とんでもなくモラルも常識もない経営者です。

会社が変わるので入居時の約束は反故にされます。
管理会社が沢山関わっている物件は注意した方がいいと思います。
