「生涯スポーツとしての水泳」というところに感銘を受け以前働いていましたが、大好きな子供達の笑顔があってもやり切れないほど身も心もズタボロになりましたご高齢の創設者の名雪さんはカリスマ性があり、理念もあり惹かれますが、webサイトからわかるようにITリテラシーが著しく低く、事務作業と水泳指導両方に入る人は疲弊します緊張感が伴う水泳やスキーの指導を繰り返し、合宿時には終わらないミーティングで深夜まで働いた時、耳が2倍まで腫れて高熱が出たり、合宿先で突然の嘔吐に見舞われ、本当に死にそうで辛い思いをしました現在自分で事業を経営してみて思いますが、今では一人で副業でできるレベルのことを4人がかりでやってもこなせなかったので、経営陣の人は本当に仕事をしていたのか？と疑問に思いますブラック企業の体質が変わっているといいのですが... 他のスイミングクラブでトラウマを抱えてしまったり、コンプレックスが強い子向けのスクールですトラウマ克服まではここの指導は良いと思いますが、それ以上のクラスになるとチェーン展開しているスイミングと然程変わらないので、目標を定めて割り切った付き合いが良いと思います 1000m以上泳げるなら元品川スイミングスクールの不動前のブリヂストンがオススメです（日本水泳連盟の会長さんなど指導の元になる流れの人のところに行くと質が断然違います）

I think that the guidance here is good until the trauma is overcome, but in the higher classes, it is not so different from swimming that is developing a chain, so I think that it is good to set goals and have a diligent relationship. If you can swim more than 1000m, we recommend Bridgestone before the immobility of the former Shinagawa Swimming School. (If you go to a person who is the source of guidance, such as the chairman of the Japan Swimming Federation, the quality is definitely different.)
