F	Fumio Yamaguchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とっても良かったです。米ぬか100%とあったので茅ヶ崎から来てみました。全身の毛穴から汗と一緒に老廃物が出た感じです。サウナの汗とはぜんぜん違います。まるでフルにスポーツして汗をかいた爽快感があります。酵素風呂は15分くらいですがシャワーして休憩まで入れるとだいたい1時間30分ほどかかりますね。 It was very good. 清	清水淳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いからの良いよ！との情報で前々から興味があり今回はじめて体験してみました。定員さんからの丁寧な説明をいただきながら着替え等の準備。風呂と言っても一般的な風呂では無く風呂桶にビッシリと糠が敷き詰められている感じでした。体全体に糠をかけてもらいじっと待つこと5分位だったかな。じわじわと汗が出てきて体が発酵している感覚。なんとも言えない気持ちよさでした。終わったら体にビッシリとついた糠をハケで落としシャワーを浴びリフレッシュルームへ。 1時間くらい休憩して終了なのですが汗が滝のように体のいたるところから湧き出しました。多分代謝が驚く程上がったのかもしれません。今回は初回体験の為、短時間コースでしたが次回はもうちょっと長いコースを試してみようかと思います。なんか今でも体がポカポカしている気がします！酵素風呂最高！！ Good from an acquaintance!
