食後のゆったりした時間を過ごせました。
藩士の珈琲はすり鉢で豆をするところから始まります。
ちょっと手間ですが良い体験でした！

店内も落ち着いた雰囲気です。コロナ予防の為１時間以内の滞在をお願いしていました。
次は珈琲買いに行きますね。
I received a set menu crepe and pudding. My companion was impressed that the hardness of the pudding was just right.
The atmosphere inside the store is also calm. I asked for a stay of less than an hour to prevent corona.
Next time I'm going to buy coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the older coffee shops in Hirosaki. They roast their own beans that they have for sale as well. A few deserts and a variety of coffee can be drank in a quiet relaxing place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great toast set! The toast is stuffed with ham and cheese, and topped with an egg. Coffee is top-notch. Pleasant atmosphere with beautiful displays of plates, cups and tea kettles, among other things, too, like display model trains. Would love to come back given the opportunity.
