【関東風桜餅と関西風桜餅を買ってみた♪︎☆安政３年創業の老舗和菓子店】東京都板橋区成増。安政３年(1856年)創業の老舗和菓子店です。最寄りは、東京メトロ有楽町線・副都心線の地下鉄成増駅。川越街道沿いにあります。桜餅、美味しいね♪︎ (๑❛ڡ❛๑)ｳﾏｲｯ! 絶品の中華そばを食べた後、成増方面へぶらぶら♪︎和菓子店を見つけたので入ってみることに。ご主人に応対して頂きました(*´∀人) ◆本日の注文◆ 長明寺桜餅　180円道明寺桜餅　180円関東風の長明寺桜餅は、焼いた餅を皮として使い二つ折りにして餡をくるみ、塩漬けの桜の葉で包んだもの。享保２年(1717年)に、元々は寺の門番であった山本新六が門前で山本屋を創業して売り出したのが始まりとされます φ(..) 関西風の道明寺桜餅は、道明寺粉を使い、塩漬けの桜の葉で包んだ桜餅。ぶつぶつ粒にモッチリ食感♪︎大坂北堀江の土佐屋に天保(1830〜1844年)の頃に現れたそう φ(..) どちらも美味しいけど、食感は道明寺の方が好きだな私はね(ｏ´ｪ｀ｏ)ゞ #前頭 #幕末創業 #桜餅 #和菓子 #スイーツ #和スイーツ #お土産 #老舗 #川越街道 #スキップ村商店街
