★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和風の冷たいスープに細麺、すごくおいしいです。今までに味わったことのないラーメンです。決して冷やし中華ではありません。一緒に行った人は温かい（普通の）たぬき中華を注文しました、これまたおいしい。お蕎麦屋さんだけあって、ちょっとお蕎麦のつゆのようなスープに中太麺かな。
Japanese-style cold soup and thin noodles are very delicious. It's a ramen I've never tasted before. It's not chilled Chinese. The person I went with ordered warm (ordinary) raccoon Chinese, which is also delicious. There is only a soba shop, so I think it's a soup like soba noodles and medium-thick noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連休で、バイパス近くの店がめちゃ混んでて、少し外れた道路で探したお店！
偶然入ったけど、次々にお客さんが入ってくる！私は鴨そば、連れは冷やし辛中華とげそ天。どれも美味しい！
そして、コスパが良すぎるでしょ。
冷やし中華そばは860円！鴨そばもこのボリュームで1080円！お腹いっぱいでいう事なしでした。山形のお蕎麦屋さんでラーメン食べられるの最高すぎる

And cospa is too good.
Hiyashi chuka soba is 860 yen! This volume of duck soba is 1080 yen! I was full and didn't say anything. It's too great to eat ramen at a soba restaurant in Yamagata

塩味加減が私に丁度良く、麺もツルツルな感じで美味しかったです。
見た目より量が有ります。
厚みあるチャーシューで麺も多いです。
I had a set of Chinese noodles and raccoon dog rice.
The saltiness was just right for me, and the noodles were smooth and delicious.
There is more quantity than it looks.
It is a thick char siu and has many noodles.

冬季限定の味噌ラーメンを注文。
野菜タップリの味噌ラーメンでした。
シイタケはドンコかな？肉厚なものが入って旨味がしっかり出ています。
麺は中太ストレートのモチプリ食感。
中華そばも気になるしまた来なければ。

It was miso ramen with vegetables.
Is shiitake mushroom a sleeper? It contains thick meat and has a good taste.
The noodles have a medium-thick straight chewy texture.

鳥中華とチャーシューライスは絶品でした? 甘めのダシ汁に細かく切ったゴボウとニンジンが懐かしい味で良かったです✨鶏肉もコリコリやモチモチな歯ごたえが美味しい✨麺は普通の中華麺です。お蕎麦ではないので注意❗️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安定した味わいです。蕎麦は更科風です。腰と香りが有り、天ぷらも海老2本に舞茸、葉物に野菜と盛り沢山！特別変わり種は無いけど、全部美味しいです。
私は蕎麦派ですが、味噌ラーメンを注文の方が多かったので、次はラーメンだな。また行きたくなる店。
It has a stable taste. Soba is Sarashina style. It has a waist and aroma, and there are plenty of tempura, 2 shrimp, maitake mushrooms, leaves and vegetables! There are no special variations, but they are all delicious.
I'm a soba lover, but I ordered miso ramen more often, so next is ramen. A store that makes you want to go again.
