★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くのコンビニで生卵を買って茹でました。8分でベストなゆで卵ができます。ここを目指して来るのはもったいないと思いますが、伊豆の観光ついでに立ち寄れば楽しいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は湯花が溜まりきって卵をいれる隙間もないほどでしたが、ちょっときれいにした様子。
ただいまだに湯道がきれいでないので充分なお湯が流れ込まず、8分茹でると書いてあるものの熱さがまるで足らずゆで卵は出来ません。
お気をつけを。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年11月の日曜日に訪問しました。熱川駅から下り坂を3分ほど。雨だった為か観光客は人組だけ。お陰でゆっくり見学できました。卵を茹でることができるのですが、駅前のお土産店（足湯の所）で購入して行く必要がありめす。
I visited on Sunday, November 2021. About 3 minutes downhill from Atagawa station. Because it was raining, there are only tourists. Thanks to you, I was able to take a leisurely tour. You can boil eggs, but you need to buy them at the souvenir shop (footbath) in front of the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この弁財天は、元の土地所有者･大阪商船船長の枕元に七福神の一つである弁財天が立ち、この地を掘れば温泉が湧き出るとお告げを云いました。
お告げ通り掘ったところ温泉が湧き出してきました。
お告げに感謝し、この地に弁財天像を祀った事が始まりと云われています。
弁財天像に湧き出ている温泉を掛け、願うと願が叶うと云われています。
櫓の下にある宝池で銭を洗うと金運がアップするとの言い伝えがあります。
境内に大きな梛(ナギ)の御神木が立っています。
ナギの葉は、葉脈が複雑に絡み合っているため、引っ張っても中々千切れない事から、男女の仲を強く結び付ける力が有ると信じられ、縁結びの木と古来より云われています。
この事から、三つのパワースポットが揃っている場所です。
余談ですが、櫓下の宝池で温泉卵を作る事も出来ますよ！
