M	M Name on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very useful to store our luggage but : be aware “one day” is not 24hrs it’s from 9am to 7pm ... they will charge you double fees to let it all night long ! Plus, the staff was rude to us, very friendly to Chinese since they could speak in the same language but cold and not helpful to us.
R	Russ 0217 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nara YMCA run goodwill English tours from the information centre if you're lucky enough to see them there or pre-book (type eggnaragg/home into google). Our guide Yukari Tanaka spent four hours of her time showing us around Nara and had a great passion for what she was showing us. Me and my partner feel blessed to have had such a great person donate their time to show us around and was a highlight of our trip.

Walked in to ask for information about Heijo Palace since we were there during the New Years period. You just needed to walk to the right counter to get a person who can help you in your language. It is also just outside the bus depot so quite handy to find the right bus to get you to the right attraction.
S	Som Horkaew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my family and I haven't visited Nara for so long and wanted to come back to this beautiful city, although the I did some research on what to do and where to go I'd like to reconfirm it with the tourist information center. I went into the middle counter and this lady was very unwelcoming from the start, no smile no greetings. I open the map and reconfirm with her which is the best route to go and she just hand me a leaflet use a pencil to mark on it and actually say "you can go read it yourself" and "do you need anything else" with a stern face. I've visited Japan more than 20times in my life and have never met a Japanese with this attitude. I decided to just go over the next counter because the lady next to her explains everything so throughly and was very welcoming and kind. don't go to this lady she's extremely unhelpful with poor attitude. she shouldn't be working here.

T	Tengku Azrul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good tourist information centre. Get everything that you need for your Nara trip. And for muslim, do take note they provide prayer area for men and women. Ask the information counter and they will guide you to the prayer area. As for trip to Nara Park, take bus no 2 just next to the station, it will take you straight to Nara Park for 220 yen.
