★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2階のヘルメットの担当者の方、かなり不機嫌だったのか案内が雑でした「どれがいいの？」「なに色がいいの？」←かなり大声。忙しかったのでしょう。案内したくなかったらその場で言ってくれたらいいのに。二度と行きません。ちなみにヘルメット担当の責任者の方でした。

１階はバイクパーツ
２階はウェア用品、ヘルメットなど
タイヤや燃料ホース、バッフルなど適正価格で販売してました。（高値のものありました）
また利用したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?️?まだできてそんなにたってない新しいお店だと思います。オープンしたての頃行った時はずいぶん値打ちな商品ありました、まだ在庫がたくさんあったので迷っていたら売り切れてしまいました。今思えば迷わず買っておけばよかったです♪。他のバイク用品店とかも行くけどここにしか無い商品もあったりしてありがたいです。駐輪場がいつもいっぱいで止められない時もあるのが難点かな。警備員がいてあくまで待たされます。お洒落な感じの店舗なのでライダーじゃ無くても入店しやすいと思います♪。

取り扱っている商品は、割とロングツーリング系やガチめですが、店内の照明と陳列棚の間隔のおかげで、とてもスッキリとした印象です。
駐輪スペースはシッカリ確保されていて、むしろ４輪車が圧されているかな？
地上階はブレーキやらタイヤやらのパーツ系、２階部分はジャケットやブーツ等のアパレル系になっていて、全て地上階の総合カウンターで精算します。
○急ハン○感覚で立ち寄れるので、女性でも軽い気持ちで入店できると感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛知県内のナップスはここ名古屋南店と豊橋店の2店舗になります。名古屋南店は2019年にオープンした最近の店舗になります。
私は、ここでタイヤ交換をしました。
写真の通り、ピット前にちょっとしたカフェコーナーがあり、そこでピット待ち時間を潰せます。またスマホ充電器を無料利用できるので、助かります。
タイヤの注文時の接客対応は良かったと思います♪。ピット作業を見てましたが、2人でダブルチェックして作業してる風景を確認しました。とても好感が持てました♪。
今後もタイヤ交換はここで利用しようと思いました。
There are two NAPS stores in Aichi prefecture, the Nagoya Minami store and the Toyohashi store. The Nagoya Minami store is a recent store that opened in 2019.
I changed the tires here.
As you can see in the photo, there is a small cafe corner in front of the pit where you can kill the pit waiting time. You can also use the smartphone charger for free, which is helpful.
I think the customer service when ordering tires was good. I was watching the pit work, but I double-checked it with two people and confirmed the scenery of the work. I was very impressed ♪.
I decided to continue using tire replacement here.
