★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末前にタイヤ交換を持ち込みでやっていただいて大変助かりましたがレジ店員とピットとの連携が全く取れていなくピットにタイヤを持ち込んだら不法侵入者扱いされ転生した気分になりました。まるで異世界です。もう少し店員同士の意思疎通ができるようにラスペネでも吹いたらいいのではないかと思います。
 It was very helpful to bring in the tires before the end of the year, but there was no coordination between the cashier and the pits, and when I brought the tires into the pits, I felt like I was reincarnated as an illegal intruder. It's like a different world. I think it would be nice to play in Las Pene so that the clerk can communicate with each other a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浜松に住むようになって22年になりますが自宅から一番近い事もあって18年くらい前から利用しています。先日、富士までツーリングに行った際に立ち寄ったライコランドさんより店舗規模は小さいですが雰囲気はナップスさんの方が上だと思います。曜日や時間帯、タイミング次第で店員さんを捕まえることができない場合もありますが、それは他の店も同じでしょうから問題ありません。店員さんの対応は丁寧です。時折、違法改造したようなバイクの客も見かけることがありますが、そのようなバイクは近くにあるNANKAIさんよりは少ない印象。
It's been 22 years since I've lived in Hamamatsu, but I've been using it for about 18 years because it's the closest to my home. The store size is smaller than Mr. Lycoland who stopped by when I went touring to Fuji the other day, but I think that Mr. Naps has a better atmosphere. Depending on the day of the week, the time of day, and the timing, it may not be possible to catch the clerk, but that is not a problem because it will be the same for other stores. The clerk's response is polite. Occasionally, I see customers with motorcycles that have been illegally modified, but I have the impression that such motorcycles are less than the nearby NANKAI.

Great looking store everything a rider needs I bought a few things customer service was amazing and that's typical of Japanese customer service very attentive. They carried a lot of really cool riding gear and accessories. I'm looking forward to going back again and see what's new next time I'm in Japan.
