★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文してから提供まで時間がかかります。20分～30分はかかったかも。lunch timeで行ったのですが○○御膳が1500円前後から、お高い品は6000円のうなぎ料理、会席料理がありました❗御膳は美味しかったのですが、外側の窓が汚れていました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年、父の13回忌の会食に足の具合が悪い母からの依頼でテーブル席を頼んでおきました。13回忌の一週間前、席の確認に行ったところ、何故か堀ごたつの席に案内され、此処になりますとの事だったので、テーブル席ではないのか聞いたところ、人数の多い客が入ったので此方にでお願いしますとのこと。
足の具合が悪いことを伝えても、もうどうしようも無いので堀ごたつの席でお願いしますと取りつくしまもない回答でした。
お店にとっては人数の多いお客様が重要なんだと思いますが予約を反故され困った私は、急遽、和テーブル席のある別の店を探して事なきをえました。客の立場としては、先に予約した人が優先だと思うのですが、このお店の考えは違う様なので、その後は親戚含めてこのお店は利用しないようにしています。

I think that a large number of customers is important for the store, but I was embarrassed by my reservation being upset, so I immediately searched for another store with Japanese table seats and had no choice. From the customer's perspective, I think that the person who made the reservation first is the priority, but the idea of this store is different, so I will not use this store afterwards, including relatives.
