★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年3月5日にオープンした和食店。店内はテーブルとカウンター、清潔感があっていい感じ。
メニューは最上段に鰻が来て、さらに刺しみ天ぷら、フライものの各種定食。本日のおすすめの黒板にも季節を感じさせる食材が並んでて気になった。
日本酒もこだわってるらしく、いいのを揃えてた！鳳凰美田、翠玉など。夜に来たら楽しめそう。
うなぎは照り照りで香ばしく焼けててじつに旨い。うなぎの身はほっくり柔らか。タレの味はシッカリでご飯が進むなぁ。ご飯そのものもうまい。山椒は粒の状態のをその都度挽くタイプ。香りがフレッシュでいいなぁ。椀物は肝吸いだった。お出汁がいい味。染みた。
刺身定食のお造りはどれも旨味と味が乗ってて美味しい。お造りの切り口や焼き目にも職人さんのしごとが感じられる。うつわも高さのある雅な丸皿で気持ちがアガった。刺身定食の椀物はお味噌汁。これもおいしかった。
ランチにはミニデザートがついてたよ。冷製みたらしだんご！表面を炙ってくれてあってよかったなぁ。そのひと手間がうれしい。よかった。

うなぎ、天ぷら、トンカツ、牡蠣フライどれも美味しかったです！
ランチで行きましたが、今度は夜に行ってみたいです。

美味しいです。
土日限定で「子ども食堂」を開催しているそうです。中学生以下の子は500円で海鮮丼（定食）がいただけます。とてもボリュームがありました。
子ども食堂の寄付でランチの大盛と注文すると、100円寄付になるそうです。長く続けていただけるといいですね。

テーブルにパーテーションが置いてある為、使えるスペースが小さくなってしまっていてお盆がテーブルからはみ出てしまいます。
土日は中学生以下が500円で海鮮丼が食べれるようです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こじんまりしたお店でアットホームな雰囲気、中はテーブル席とカウンター席があります。
鰻料理と定食があり今回は刺身定食と単品でアジフライを頂きました。
定食はご飯に味噌汁、小鉢とお漬物にメインがワンセットです。
ご飯はツヤがありお茶碗に山盛りに盛ってあり、味噌汁は出汁の香りが立っていて味噌は赤みそを使っていて濃すぎ良き塩梅です。
メインになる刺身盛りは、マグロ・サーモン・ボラ・〆サバ・甘エビ・タコ・マグロたたきの７種のっていて新鮮で、美味しいです。
またアジフライは身は厚く、フワフワ食感で味もしっかりしていて食べごたえ有りってところです。
揚げ物はキレイに揚がっていて他のフライも美味しいのではないかと期待ぢ出来ますね。
