2度と関わりたくありません。
まず問題発生をしましたが、担当者が話の通じない人で何ヶ月も対応するすると言いながら放置したり、
上の方と電話で話しましたが、上の方に辿り着くまで何ヶ月もかかりましたし、まず把握を誰もしていないし引き継ぎもしていないし、
社長と名乗られましたが、ネットで見る限り社長じゃない？様子で疑念が晴れませんし、とにかくいい加減です。
本当に大変な嫌な目に遭いました。
結局泣き寝入りですし、
大きなお金が動く取引を扱う会社なのにこんなに対応から杜撰だったり結局解決もしない、期限も教えない、見えないことが多すぎる会社、被害者が増えないことを祈ります。
