中	中村美乃莉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安藤忠雄氏の設計した駅舎。中之島に通勤していた時に使っていた。中央公会堂方向に上がっていくエスカレーターに乗って少しずつ公会堂の威容が現れる景観は圧巻。夜、階段を下りていくときはまた別の世界を見せてくれる。 A station building designed by Tadao Ando. I used it when I was commuting to Nakanoshima. Ride the escalator going up toward the Central Public Hall The scenery where the majesty of the public hall appears little by little is a masterpiece. At night, when you go down the stairs, you will see another world.

S	Steve Grantham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You could easily be forgiven for thinking this place was in fact an art gallery and not the entrance to a train station. Immaculate with wood panelling on the walls and polished concrete floors, even the ticket gate was on point - simply wonderful. Above all else though was the ambience created by the muted lighting. Such sophistication. Free Wi-fi and of course the train ran on time. The trains in Japan always run on time.
