★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 腰が痛くていきました。骨盤の歪みを治してもらい、筋肉の調整をしてもらったら、立つのも痛かったのに、帰りはほぼ痛みがありませんでした。メンテナンスに通った方がいいみたいなので、週1回のペースでいこうと思います。
