★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 姿勢が悪いためか、仕事が終わると背中全体が重だるく寝ても疲れが残るような日々が続いており、マッサージ、接骨など他のところも通いましたが中々効かず、ようやく見つけたのがここです。
数回通って背中のだるさがとれたときは本当に驚きました。日々の姿勢のこととかも聞くとていねいに教えてくださいます。腕のいい先生に当たったのはとても幸運です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 坐骨神経痛、股関節通、内転筋の痛みで日常生活にも差し支えるほどの症状でしたが、1,2回目で画期的に痛みが引きました。整形外科では手術を勧められ、もう登山やハイキングも無理かとあきらめていたのが，今ではほとんど痛みがなくなり快適に過ごせるようになりました。姿勢や歩き方も指導を受けてからは意識するようになりました。これからも定期的に通って体のメンテをしていこうと思います。

出産前後も、通常の身体の調子がなんとなく悪い時も、行って施術してもらってます。
私はいつも首から腰が固まった感じで痛くなるのですが、調子が悪い部分だけでなく、終わった時には全身がスッキリとします。
強弱もちょうど良いです。
先生の人柄も良く、電話で予約受付する時も、できる限り日時調整に相談乗ってくれるので助かってます。

疲れたなあと感じた時はいつも行かせていただいて、施術後は身体の芯から疲れがとれたような開放感です。
また、姿勢が良くなるだけでなく、むくみもスッキリとれますので大事なプレゼンがあるときは必ず行きます。
また、小さい子供も施術中みていてくれるのでとても助かります。
個人的にはこちらの先生の腕前を超える整体師さんにはお会いしたことがないです。

からだがつらいときにふと思い出すのはハートカイロの先生で、そんなときはすぐに予約の電話をかけています。
からだの歪みを見て、その時の私の不調部分を見ながら根本をなおそうと丁寧に施術してくださいます。
３人のこどもを出産しましたがそれぞれ産後骨盤矯正にも通いました。自分ではケアできない腰の痛みや、猫背気味に授乳してしまって張ってしまった背中や肩を正しい位置に戻るようにととのえてもらっています。施術がおわるとスッキリしてすっと立てている感じがよくわかります。
現在、３人目の産後１ヶ月で、週１のペースで通っています。このまま続けてしっかりと骨盤を矯正していきたいです。子連れで行ってもあたたかく迎えてくれ、さらに受付の優しい女性スタッフさまがこどもを見ててくださるので安心していけます。院内も清潔でママも通いやすいのでおすすめです。
