r	ritsuko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷凍で販売されているチーズケーキのお店。冷蔵庫での解凍だと1日かかるかもしれません。今回は3.4時間冷蔵庫、半解凍でいただきました。プレーン(４枚目右)はもちろんシンプルで美味しいです。チーズの風味はあまり感じませんでした。なめらかなケーキのような味。ほうじ茶(１枚目右)は焙じた苦味がしっかり感じられてとても美味しかったです。抹茶はほんのり抹茶の苦味を感じますが、そこまで強くはないです。→解凍しっかりすると、滑らかさの中に抹茶の苦味が感じられました。解凍具合で風味が変わりそうです。キャラメルが上に乗っているナッツトリオ(3枚目右)はキャラメルの苦味がしっかりしていて、チーズケーキと合います。フレーバー系がとても美味しいです。 11月のかぼちゃとメイプルバターはとてもおすすめです。１つを食べる中で冷凍から解凍まで食感の違いを楽しむのもおもしろそうです。 A cheesecake shop sold frozen.
