It is a park with a lot of ups and downs. The stairs are so tight that it's impossible for someone who isn't exercising! If you climb up, the scenery is amazing ?

長谷バラ園が季節外れなので閑散としていました。
近所の方々なのか6、7人の人が雑草を刈り取り手入れしてました?
2018/08/09 I stopped by because it was near Ekoin.
The Hase Rose Garden was out of season, so it was quiet.
