シールに付いてるので取れません。。。

価格自体は安めだったのかも知れませんが、技術という点で他の方も書かれているように低いと感じます。
自分の場合はグリップヒーターを納車時取り付けとして依頼してましたが、後処理がいい加減だったようでウィンカーが片方点滅しないという状況でした。普通のバイク屋さんならありえないレベルのミスを平気でするお店である事を理解しておく必要があります。
該当事象については手直しと説明はありましたが、謝罪はありませんでした。

2万円の整備費で、いろいろ交換してくれたりしてくれているので、
お客様の数が多いので納車の日が遅れていると思われます。
少ないスタッフでやられていますので、うるさい方は普通に高いお店に行かれたらいいのではないかと思います。
中身で勝負しているお店でスタッフは物静かな人が多い気がします。
少ない費用で購入するにはいいお店だと思います。入口のドアのセンサーが悪くドアが空きにくく、入りにくい（笑）中古車買うならまた利用したい。、安くて助かった。

たしかに営業さんが人手不足かなとは思いました。お客さんは多く、対応が大変だと思います。
せっかちさんは待たずにイライラしてしまうかもしれません。
その間にバイク色々見たりして、整備士さんにもお話や、バイクのエンジンかけさせてもらったり丁寧な対応をしていただきました。
一人一人に丁寧に対応してるので時間かかると思います。20分程度待って、対応してもらいました。
レビューにあるような整備費用に高額がかかることもなく、自分でやれるところは自分でやっていいですよ。と表示価格より高くなることはなかったです。あくまでこちらの意見を尊重してくれました。
納車は2週間くらいと言われましたが、9日くらいで整備完了と連絡が来ました。
私は急いでいなかったのでかなり先の納車でも良かったですが、早くて助かりました。
整備や点検でお世話にはなってませんが、初めてのお店でしたがとても話しやすかったです。
酷評レビューに負けずに頑張ってください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイクセンター横浜で取扱のあるバイク、在庫もあるもので、新車購入を検討していました。近隣のお店より1番安買ったのでバイクセンター横浜で購入しました。当初はSR400を新車で購入を検討してましたが、YAMAHAの新車は取扱がないと電話で言われ、HONDAに変更しました。
購入時、点検時には
整備の定員さんはとても親切にいろいろ教えていただき、納車時のスタッフさんは感情がないお話しでサクッと終わりました。
スタッフさんによって対応が変わリマス。
点検予約をしようとしたところ、
2ー三週間さきまで埋まってる。と言われ、整備はどん詰まりなので
他社でお願いしました！
