★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご年配の営業マンさんが明らかに知識不足。もっと勉強して欲しい。整備費用が割高。二年点検費用がレッドバロンの2倍でビックリした。それだけ整備の腕に自信があるのだろうか。来年から川崎の大型バイクがプラザでしか買えなくなるらしいが非常に困りそうな予感。W800欲しいのに。

メカニックさんもテキパキしていたが
若手のスタッフの対応が全くホスピタリティがなく
再来店、および今後ここでバイクを購入する気が一気に失せてしまった。

会社のホームページを調べてあれば来ても可能です。
（スタッフからの案内は一切なし）
購入は他店舗かもしれないが

始めてのバイク購入だったこともあり、懇切丁寧に説明してもらった。
契約後も疑問点等はすぐに返事が来たので安心。
納車前に急遽オプションパーツ(USB電源)を頼んだが運良く翌日には取り付けてもらう。
納車日も無理をいって営業終了後に段取りを組んでもらい非常に助かった。
kawasakiのバイクを検討ならおすすめします。

After the contract, any questions were answered immediately, so I was relieved.
I ordered the optional parts (USB power supply) in a hurry before delivery, but I was lucky to have them installed the next day.
It was very helpful to have the arrangements made after the closing of the business on the delivery day.
I would recommend it if you consider a kawasaki motorcycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カワサキのリコール部品の交換依頼に電話、車体自体は系列の丸富オートで昔に買った車体だったが、電話対応の段階で受け付けるのが嫌そうな態度、素人目にも簡単な交換作業なのに入庫は一か月以上先、入庫後は一週間はかかると云われ他を当たるよう促されるカワサキの看板かかげてるのに残念。

カワサキの大型はカワサキプラザでしか販売されていません。2021年5月現在新車の生産が遅れているそうで(部品生産の都合で)、納車未定とのことでした。
ざっくり見ても３ヶ月以上は掛かりそうな雰囲気です。タイ生産に限らず国内生産も含め。
駐車場駐輪場は店の裏手にあるので、来訪時は店の手前で路地に入ります。※路地がかなり狭めです。
