★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薪ストーブのために昨年11月に楢5台ミックス5台注文。ミックス4台配達後、音沙汰無し。催促の電話をしたら、元気のいい女性が「もう全然薪ないんですよねぇ」…絶句…無いならないと注文受けるときに言ってくださいよ!これ、例えるならば、灯油の配達をお願いして、突然「もう全然灯油ないんですよねぇ」と言いますか？燃料として必要としているのに無責任な。こんな商売ありますか？
催促しなければそのままですか？
追記：「２月に配送できるかもしれません。」と連絡ありました。届くかはまだわかりませんが、薪ストーブ設置した時、薪を手に入れるのに困る日が来るとは思っても見ませんでした…
長文すみません。追記:②今年は注文方法を変えてみました。滞りなく届く様になりました。こちらにも問題があったのかもしれません。
