まず、置いてある食器類が大抵汚れている
(スプーン系が特に。ナプキンで拭けば一目で分かります
接客、女性スタッフ以外は基本駄目。ミスが多い。
配膳ミスやオーダー取り違え、忘れ。
丼と味噌頼んで、丼のサイズ間違えてそっちだけ作り直し。味噌汁は冷めました。
先輩の男性スタッフが後輩の男性スタッフに嫌味な言い方していて丸聞こえ。
自分が遭遇しなくても、大抵他のお客さんにミスなりトラブル起きている。はっきり言って教育が悪いのでは…？他のお店でこんな状態、見た事無いのですが…
レベルの高い接客は求めてないですよ。嫌な思いしなきゃそれで充分です。
料理も物によって味が安定しないものもある(うどんの固さがバラバラ

ただ、土日の朝勤務の年配の男性店員さんだけは、だらしなくて、テーブルもろくに拭かないし、食材を手づかみして丼に入れるのを見てしまいました。?

なか卯さん、お昼定食、夕方5時前～なので、お腹空いている人は、おすすめします。

そしてなか卯はやっぱり親子丼がうまい！
ちなみにおかずのポテサラは結構粉っぽいけどウマい。ウスターソースがあれば最高なのですが、醤油で我慢です。裏技で生卵を乗せるのも好きです(笑)
あと、写真の煮込み、超うまいですけど、歯の弱い人は注意が必要なぐらい歯ごたえあります。
そして限定メニューのイクラ丼…あまりにも、見本と違いすぎやしませんか？北四番丁店は店員によってかなり出てくるものが偏る傾向にある。焼き鳥は今日なんか柚子胡椒がついてないし、からあげは2個しかなかったし。どうなってのよ？責任者出てコーイのレベルだよ…。
新しい券売機、かなり操作性悪い。５枚以上の食券を買うと一覧表示出来ないから確認もできない。最終決定の画面でも一覧が出ない。欠陥品だと思う。どこの会社が開発したんだ、アレ？
