たまたま空いてたカウンターに通してもらいました。
料理が出るのが遅いとクチコミを見て理解してましたが、遅すぎですね。
元飲食店の私ですが、料理提供の時間は準備というか仕込みに限ります。心構えがどうなんでしょう。
高くて旨いのは当たり前。お店のスキルはどうなんですかね。焼き台には満席なのに数本の焼き物…。お待たせするのがお店の方針なんですかね。
カウンターの隣の客はずっと親方と話して うるさい。迷惑。
私みたいに積極的でないものは合わない店だと感じました。
帰りたくても頼んだ料理が出てこない。地獄です。
つくねの塩が卵の黄身と出てきて…恐ろしくまずかった。やはり黄身はタレ限定で 笑
他の料理は絶品だったのに残念でした 笑

土曜に予約して行きました。
しかし忙しいのか、料理がオーダーしてから40分は出てこず、お通しで一杯飲んでしまった。
日本酒もメジャーなものはそんなになく、選ぶ楽しみもありつつ、間違いないのも選びたいなとも思いました。
盛り付けも綺麗だし、刺身も肉もまた食べに行きたい。
メニューに載ってないお酒も店員さんに聞いて飲めました！
