★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第48回 加古川まつり花火大会 2019年は8月4日(日曜日)です。
例年加古川まつりは７月下旬の土曜日から８月中旬まで開催されており、花火大会は８月の第一日曜日に行われています。
ちなみに天候が荒れた場合は中止で、延期などないので晴天を祈るばかりです。
気になる打ち上げ時間は１９：３０～２０：３０までとなっています。
 The 48th Kakogawa Festival Fireworks Festival 2019 is Sunday, August 4th.
The annual Kakogawa Festival is held from the end of July to the middle of August, and the fireworks display is held on the first Sunday of August.
By the way, when the weather gets worse, it is canceled and there is no postponement, so I just pray for fine weather.

子どもと運動するのもいいですね☺️

加古川で記念すべき初の音楽フェスが開催。花火などで盛り上がっていたあの場所でフェスが開催できることが証明された。
交通の便が必ずしも良いとは言えない環境の中でかなりの人数が集まっていたにも関わらず、多少の道路の混雑はあったものの大きな混乱もなく終了。
コロナ禍にあって素晴らしいチャレンジをしてくださったことに、主催者の方々には感謝を述べたい。
是非音楽の火を絶やさないよう、来年もここで音楽が聴けることを願っています。

The first memorable music festival will be held in Kakogawa. It was proved that the festival could be held in that place where the fireworks were exciting.
Despite the fact that a considerable number of people gathered in an environment where transportation was not always convenient, the road was congested to some extent, but it ended without major confusion.
