White buckwheat with chewy thin noodles ? Buckwheat flour is domestically produced in Hokkaido. The big big squid heaven is crispy. The soup stock is a little sweet and I like it. There are many people and regulars, so it's a shop loved by the community! ️

I ordered my standard katsudon and hot soba. Small tanuki soba is delicious. Katsudon is disappointing. At a later date, I will have fried rice cake warm soba. た	たけぞうめちき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいお蕎麦が食べたい、とGoogle検索で調べて決定。評価が良いので街の蕎麦屋さんにしては、高いクオリティーなのだろうと期待して来店。イカ天おろし蕎麦が人気No.1ということなのでオーダー。休日の2時頃だったが、ほぼ満席。お蕎麦がとにかく美味しい！今まで食べたお蕎麦で確実に5本の指に入る。美しい細麺なのにコシがあって、喉ごしも良く驚き。期待を大きく裏切る美味しさ。もりそばをもう一枚頼みたかったけど、今日のところは我慢。外には喫煙スペースもあり。会計後、一服していたら店主さんと思われる方が『ありがとうございます！』と声をかけていただいて、接客も気持ちが良く、近隣の皆さんに愛されているお店だと思います。ごちそうさまでした！また、美味しいお蕎麦が食べたくなったら、お伺いします。２回目は海老天おろし蕎麦にしました。やっぱりここのお蕎麦は美味しい!＋300円でかえ玉できます。 I searched Google and decided that I wanted to eat delicious soba. I wanted to order another Morisoba, but for now I'm patient. There is also a smoking space outside. After the checkout, if you take a break, the person who seems to be the owner says "Thank you! I think it's a shop that is loved by everyone in the neighborhood because it feels good to serve customers. Thank you for the meal! Also, if you want to eat delicious soba, we will visit you. The second time I made soba noodles with grated shrimp. After all, the soba here is delicious! You can get a return ball for +300 yen.
