★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての場合、お店の方(おばさん)がとても丁寧に説明してくれます。全裸見られちゃうのかしら？とか思っていましたが『脱ぐ→酵素風呂に入る→見られたら恥ずかしいなぁと思うところに自分で軽く米糠をかける』までは席を外してくれるので恥ずかしくなかったです。(酵素風呂から出る時も席を外してくれます)冷え性なのですがとても温まりました?
