屠殺場から週2回仕入れていて、本当に美味しい！ここの売りはホルモン、内蔵系です！！
ただ初めての方が混乱しないように特徴を伝えておきます。
①おばあちゃんが基本ワンオペで営業しています。（たまに手伝いの人がいる）
②注文してもおばあちゃんなので忘れちゃう時があります。→○○と○○が出ていないなど何回も伝えてください。
③トングはありません。その代わり割り箸が取り放題です。食べる用の箸と焼く用の箸など好きに取ってください。
④席にタレはありません。味付きのお肉が出てきます。タレ（1番人気）、塩、塩麹、生姜醤油などがあります。
おばあちゃんは可愛くて本当にいい人なので、
楽しんで食べてください！！
