★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望台までは行きせんでしたが、駐車場から山形市を一望する事が可能で、休憩するには良い所です。
 We did not go to the observatory, but we can overlook Yamagata City from the parking lot and it is a good place to take a break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望台前の道路のセンターライン上に、
ポールがいつの間にか設置されてます。
中型車以上だとセンターギリギリを
走行すると軽く接触しそうになるので
慎重に運転しましょう。
それにしても、センターライン上に、
ポールが設置されると1つの時代が
幕を閉じる感じがしますね･･･
路面にもタイヤ痕も無くガードレールも
綺麗な状態で良いと思いますが
少し寂しさを覚えるのは何故でしょうか?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまに来ると良い場所。
冬季は駐車場が閉鎖されているので、上りの先の広い駐車スペースに車を停め、少し歩きましょう。
展望台駐車場の入口がカーブ手前なのでここに車を停めると非常に危険なので、考えて行動しましょう。
Good place to come occasionally.
In winter, the parking lot is closed, so park your car in a large parking space uphill and walk a little.
Since the entrance to the observatory parking lot is just before the curve, it is extremely dangerous to park your car here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気軽に山形市の市街地を一望できる展望台だが、標高があまり高くないために「絶景」まではもう少し。
It's an observatory where you can easily overlook the city of Yamagata, but since the altitude is not so high, it's a little closer to the "superb view".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蔵王西公園に行く途中にある展望台です。キレイな眺めでした。日大の野球部の声がここまで聞こえて来てすごいなと思います。
It is an observatory on the way to Zao Nishi Park. It was a beautiful view. I think it's amazing to hear the voice of Nihon University's baseball club so far.
