入ってみると寂れた狭いトンカツ屋。 ペラいトンカツで微妙な感じになるんだろうなぁ と思いながらランチのロースカツ(900円)を注文。 注文後 目の前で豚肉の塊からカットしてくれる。このあたりから ??となってくる(;゚Д゚) そして揚げたてが出てくる。 そのへんのチョビチョビやってるトンカツ屋より肉は厚いし絶妙な揚げ具合。 こ、これ上手くない⁉️ 完全な穴場でしたね? 年配の店主1人でやられてる様なのでもしかしたら揚げ具合にばらつきはあるかもしれませんが、行ってみる価値はある❗️ やっぱり見た目だけで決めたらダメだなぁと思わせてもらえるトンカツ定食でした。 ただ、白米の炊き加減はちょっと残念でした(笑)それでも値段に見合う価値はあるでしょう❗️

ランチでロースカツ定食を注文。 お店の雰囲気もよく、カツも上質! 旨味と甘みが広がってやわらかく、大変満足できました! ご飯のおかわりもあり、とても良かった。 夜は刺し身やお酒もあるそうなので、コロナが落ち着いたら夜も行ってみたい。

前から来たかった丸雄さん。ランチでお安いのに立派なサイズ。厚めに切ってくれています。お肉は上質。脂に甘みがあり美味しい。揚げ方も素晴らしく外はサクッと中は柔らかい。

肉の塊を切り出して揚げるトンカツは美味しかったけど、隣の蒲田には、もっも美味しい店が多く、この店の評価の高さはどこからくるのかは、ちょっとわかりませんでした。ただ、夜で遅く23時まで営業してくれてるのは、夜遅い派には嬉しいお店かも…ただ、店主自らタバコを吸うので、タバコが苦手な方は無理かもです。店のすぐ前にはコインパーキングがありました。

今日は夕方に蒲田のヌーランドさがみ湯へ。入り口まで来て急に何かが降りてきたw google mapにとんかつ屋が。そうコミュニティで紹介された店舗。「とんかつ丸雄」 夕方17時なので先客は1人。特ロース定食が1700円! これは安い!じっくり30分かかると書いてあったけどもうちょい早かった。卓上にはたぶんピンクだし、ヒマラヤ岩塩ぽい。醤油とソース。一切れ目はそのまま。 ブランドって感じじゃないけど、とんかつとしてジューシーで美味しい。ソースは甘めの味付け。しょうゆもちょっと変わった感じ。あなどれないお店。ころものつきかたもいいし、お店の雰囲気もいい。小さくてコンパクトで、目が届く範囲で完結されている。 こういう店好きだな〜

YouTubeで検索すると動画が有ります。 京急雑色駅からとほ8分。蒲田からちょっと離れた雑色界隈で、地元で人気のとんかつ屋、丸雄!お得なランチメニュー、ローストンカツ定食(980円税込)で勝負だ!ライスお替り無料も嬉しい!

蒲田から大森周辺は豚カツ銘店が多く人気店が全体の底上げをするので東京城北地区と異なり期待して日曜日昼に訪問させて頂きました。 周囲は商店街など無く踏切手前にポツンと佇んでおり地元民相手の店。 日曜日なのにランチメニューが有り ロースカツ定食、御飯大盛り1000円をオーダー 店内はカウンター5席とテーブル席2個ですので正に町豚カツ店、テレビ、新聞、壁メニューで昭和町豚カツを継承していて最近出来た東銀座「はせがわ」とは趣きが異なります。 冷蔵庫から肉を出しカットしてから揚げるので時間がかかるかと思いきや15分で到着し見た目は小ぶりでカット幅が狭いので食べ易そう。 カウンターには塩2種類とソースが有り先ずは真ん中から何も付けずに頂きます ●スッキリしていてそのままだと豚の旨さ、脂の甘味を感じられないがカット幅が狭いからか赤身の硬さが感じられず悪くない、頭と尻尾は脂の美味さを感じられる● 衣は丸一の様な焦げ一歩手前を想像していたのでやや残念で剥がれ寸前 添えられたお新香、キャベツはシャキッとして美味しいし御飯も悪くない。 総論として城北地区、町豚カツ店を超えておりレベルの高さを思い知らされた感が有ります。 普通の店の基準が高いです
