向	向日葵 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親水公園とあるように水をふんだんに使った公園です。1996年8月に完成しました。西部図書館側にある子供向けの広場は2013年頃にコンビネーション遊具を丸太組みの滑り台から、最近流行りの樹脂製のものにリューアルしていますが、それ以外は設立当初からあるままです。滝在り、流れる川在り、池在りの水をふんだんに使ったレイアウトになっています。夏場水が流れている時は(2021年のコロナ渦では止まっていました。)子供達が足をつけたり、石を渡ったりと微笑ましい光景が見られます。ちなみに滝の裏側の高台はちょっとした隠しスペースになっていますので、自分の子供が見えなくなったら探してみてください。道路を挟んで反対側のエリアは芝生と池が広がり多目的に使えます。トイレや駐車場も在り、また飽きたら西部図書館へも、すぐに移動できるのでとても使い易い公園です。 It is a park that uses plenty of water, as if it were a water park.
