★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車のローライトが突然左右同時につかなくなったので、点検してもらいました。原因は球切れだったようで、作業費1100円で交換して貰いました。
電話予約無しで行ったのですが、丁寧に対応して頂き、およそ20分くらいで万全の状態にして貰えました。
また車のトラブルが起こったら、お世話になります。
駐車場は広く出入りしやすく、店内も広く、待ち時間も退屈する事はありませんでした。

最近はコールセンターで予約も出来るし、
都合を合わせやすいです。
待ってる時間も休憩ブースで休めるので、
とても便利です。
なんだかんだ言っても、やっぱりイエローハットに行ってしまう。
店員さんも対応丁寧です。

結局、今回は交換しなくても大丈夫だとのことで点検だけをしてもらった形になりましたが、アドバイスなど丁寧にして頂けて感激しました。

電話番号だって教えてあるのに電話すらかかってこないで放置。私が自分から行かなかったらあと何時間待たせる気だったんでしょうかね？もう二度と行きません。他はこんなんじゃありません。謝罪もなしで対応最悪でした。
I changed the tires the other day, but the call was so quiet that I couldn't understand what I was saying and had to wait for hours.
Even though I was told the phone number, I didn't even get a call and left it. How many hours would I have to wait if I didn't go? I will never go there again. Others are not like this. It was the worst response without apology.
