何処にも、その様なアナウンスが無いのに、一方的過ぎて怒る気もしませんでした。千葉のauショップは、そんな事無かったのになぁ(涙)

店内でWi-Fi装置の確認の為に業者さん?と話をしなければいけなかったのですが相手の方の声が遠すぎて聞こえず店内の音楽も遮断する為に片耳を押さえてみましたが、やはり聞き取りずらく何か生返事になってしまいました。
家に設置に来たら、ここまでしか受けたまってませんのでと言われ、その後が大変でした。
私も店員さんに聞こえずらい事を伝えれば良かったのですが言えませんでした。
今はフレスポさんの方に行っています。

店員1人1人の言っている事が違う。情報共有などされていないのでは?
とにかく、お店に行くたびに店員が知らない顔ばかりになっていて入れ替わりの激しさを見てもちゃんと教育されているのか不安。
となりの市のauショップに行った方がマシです。

ここのauショップは沢山のスタッフがいるが待ち時間がいつも長い。
わたしの場合いつも運が悪いだけなのかもしれないが、欲しい携帯の在庫がない。または欲しいギガ数のものがいつも無い。代機を使用するにしても新しい商品が届くのが遅い。
ここの店舗はもともと全体的に在庫が少ない店舗なんだと思う。
初めて携帯を買ったときから機種変更もいままでこの店舗を利用していますが残念な点が多い。
あくまで「イオンタウン須賀川」の中にあるから便利な場所だとは思う。

I would say that my worst customer service experience in Japan, I was always strong believer Japanese customer service is top notch but that trust just broke by this place.
Went there for checking contract details around 1:35pm,
Representative at entrance give very weird looks, looks like he saw some aliens ?,
Then when I spoke in Japanese & explain my purpose he gave me token number & told to wait for sometime (after 30 mins wait) he asked me mobile & said I will connect to customer care through your phone & you can explain your problem to them,
It was very strange for me (I already tried to call customer service like 15-20 times but didn't connect that's why I plan to visit shop)
After almost 40mins waiting on call with Customer care number no luck,
I asked them you can go & check details in your system & tell me my concern, to my surprise they told right now it's busy,
But after me almost 6-7 customer came in & they went straight after few mins of waiting.
After almost 1 hour of waiting, I decied to leave,
But I talked with manager & explain her is it ok if I gave bad customer service experience of your store, she said yes go ahead.
Seriously, worst customer service experience !!!!
I avoid giving 1 start but this deserve more than that.
