★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南アルプスの山並みが綺麗に見れますが、展望台自体が狭く、駐車場も車四台しか停められません。また展望が丁度カーブの所にあるので、車の出し入れには注意が必要です。
 You can see the mountains of the Southern Alps beautifully, but the observation deck itself is narrow, and the parking lot can only be stopped by four cars. The view is just on the curve, so you need to be careful when putting in and out of the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この日は霧や小雨の山を中湖側から走ってきました。気をつけないと通り過ぎてしまう小さな展望台です。
眼下に雲海が広がり、遠くに雪を被ったアルプスと絶景でした。
まぁこの後に雲海の雲の中を走る事になったのですが…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 富士川側から本栖湖に抜ける国道300号線沿いにある展望台です。
本栖湖側からだとすぐですが、富士川側からだと、かなりうねうねの山道を登って、やっと見える南アルプスの山並みはちょっと感動(〃´ω`〃)
車やバイクを停めて展望が出来るスペースとベンチ、南アルプスの位置が書かれた案内があるだけですが、山並みを見ながら一息つくのはいかがでしょう(笑)
私たちが行った時は雨上がりだったので、曇天の雲海の上に夏の南アルプスが望めましたが、冬はきっと雪の山並みが青空に映えてキレイですよー！
It is a viewing platform along Route 300 which passes from Lake Fuji to Honjo Lake.
It is immediately from Honjo Lake side, but if it is from Fuji River side, it climbs a mountain road with a considerably uneven surface, and the mountain range in the Southern Alps finally seen is a little moving (感動 'ω `〃)
There is only a space and bench where you can park your car or bike for a view, and a guide that shows the location of the Southern Alps, but how about taking a breather while watching the mountains (lol)
It was raining when we went, so I could expect the Southern Alps in the summer above the cloudy sea of clouds, but in the winter the mountains of snow surely shine in the blue sky and it is beautiful!

クルマ３台程度が駐められる国道沿いの小さな展望台(トイレ無し)ですが、南アルプスの南部から中央部まで、七面山(1982.4m)から塩見岳(3046.3m)までが眺望出来ます。見づらいですが拡大画像は赤石岳(3120.1m)です。

It is a small observatory (without toilet) along the national highway where about 3 cars can be parked, but you can see from the southern part to the central part of the Southern Alps, from Mt. Shichimen (1982.4m) to Mt. Shiomi (3046.3m). It is hard to see, but the enlarged image is Mt. Akaishi (3120.1m).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道300号で下部方面から本栖湖に向かう途中に立ち寄ります。七面、赤石、荒川三山の展望がとても綺麗ですが、下部からの登坂は険しくガソリンをかなり消費しますので、本栖湖からの下りをお薦めします‼️
Stop on Route 300 on the way to Lake Motosu from the bottom. The view of Mt. Akaishi and Mt. Arakawa is very beautiful, but climbing from the bottom is steep and consumes a lot of gasoline, so we recommend going down from Lake Motosu! ️
