（2017/8/18）十年以上ぶりに訪ねてみたら、まさに今年（2017年）の三月に先生がご高齢で亡くなられたと聞き、残念でした。亡くなるまでお元気でいらしたそうです。受付にいた男性が大変丁寧な対応で、名前と生年月日に基づいてカルテを見つけてくださり、自費にはなりますがお薬（塗り薬）だけは出してもらうことが出来ました。もう随分昔のことで先生のことは記憶に殆どないですが、当時も薬が効いたのか、はたまた他の要因かは分からないものの、悪化していたアトピー性皮膚炎が快復したことは覚えています。今年何の因果か恐らくその時以来のぶり返しに悩み、昔同皮膚科を教えてくれた友人からも『もう一度行ってみたらどうか』と提案受け、再訪となりました。昔のように薬が効く（そもそもそれで治ったのかも実は分からないのですが）か、それはこの後の結果ですが、受付の方の真摯な対応はこちらに残しておきたいと思い、投稿させて頂きます。今は診察が出来ない『休院状態』とのことでしたが、皮膚科の先生は探している、とも。先生はカルテとお薬のレシピ（？）を残されているようなので、どなたか志ある方に意思を継いで頂きたいものです。生来病院は嫌いで、特に皮膚科は目の敵にしてることもあり、今日のような気持ちのこもった応対に、久しぶりに“医は仁術”という言葉を思い出しました。

(2017/8/18) When I visited for the first time in more than 10 years, I was sorry to hear that my teacher died in March of this year (2017). He seemed to be fine until he died. The man at the reception was very attentive and found the medical record based on his name and date of birth, and at his own expense, was able to have only the medicine (paint) applied. I haven't remembered much about the teacher since long ago, but I don't know if the drug worked at that time or any other factor, but the worsening atopic dermatitis that had worsened I remember. I was worried about what happened this year and probably because I had to return since then, and a friend who taught me the dermatology in the past gave me a suggestion, "Would you like to go again?" The medicine works as in the past (I don't know if it cured in the first place), but that is the result after this, but I want to leave the sincere response of the receptionist here and post it Please. He said he couldn't see him right now, but he was looking for a dermatologist. The teacher seems to have a medical chart and a recipe for medicines (?), So I'd like to have someone who is willing to take over. I hate innate hospitals, and I sometimes treat my dermatology especially as an enemy of my eyes. I remembered the word “medical art” for the first time in a long-awaited reception.
