★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中野で６０年以上の老舗もつ焼き店です。私が、通い始めて５０年、先代のご夫婦が開業し、現在は娘さんご夫婦が営んでいます。一押しは、もつの刺身盛り合わせ（生ではありません）です。他のお店は、ラー油、ごま油にマスタードのタレが主流ですが、いちふじは、自家製のポン酢味にニンニク、ショウガ、マスタードを加えた他では経験した事の無い味に出会えると思います。それと、もつの煮込みですが、濃厚なみそ味で色々な具材が入ったそれは、やはり他では味わえない”煮込み”です。是非お勧めです。
It is a long-established bakery with more than 60 years in Nakano. The first couple have been in business for 50 years since I started attending. One push is assorted sashimi (not raw). Other shops mainly use mustard sauce with chili oil and sesame oil, but Ichifuji has a taste that I have never experienced before with garlic, ginger and mustard added to the homemade ponzu taste. Also, it is a stewed mochi, but it has a rich miso taste and a variety of ingredients. I highly recommend it.

うまくて安くて 我々庶民の味方。
今の店に移ってだいぶ経つがあと数年でこのビルも閉鎖されるらしい。
A long-established store that has been doing long since.
It is good and cheap and we are on the side of the common people.
It seems that this building will be closed in a few years after passing to the shop for a long time.
