★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なかなかの穴場のような気がします。2歳児ぐらいだと、遊べる遊具は、すくないと思います。幼稚園児には、ピッタリです。近くにコンビニや自販機はないので事前の用意が必要です。トイレは、あります。
 I feel like it's a little-known spot. I don't think there are many playsets that can be played by a 2-year-old child. Perfect for kindergarten kids. There are no convenience stores or vending machines nearby, so you need to prepare in advance. There is a toilet.

木製の大型アスレチック遊具が鎮座していて、他にローラー滑り台と 砂場などがあります。
トイレや 屋根付きの休憩場所もあり。
土日祝や 学校の休みの日は、近所の小学生組がたくさん居て 遊具で追いかけっこや走り回って遊んでおり そこで未就学児を遊ばせるのにはちょっと危ないかな…( ･᷄ω･᷅ )
Weekday daytime is the best spot!
Large wooden athletic playsets are settled, as well as roller slides and sandboxes.
There is also a restroom and a covered rest area.
On weekends and holidays and school holidays, there are a lot of elementary school students in the neighborhood, chasing and running around with playset, so it's a bit dangerous to let preschoolers play there ... (･ ᷄ω ･ ᷅)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても広くゆったりとした空間で過ごしやすい公園でした。大きな遊具は幼児には難しそうですが、ローラーの長い滑り台もありとても満足でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近年再整備された公園でしょうか、遊具が新しくなっています。
つくば市東部の古くからある街並みの中にある比較的大型の公園。
県道からは神社脇の小さな公園に見えますが、実は裏に大きな広場を備えた公園があります。
旧型の遊具があることから、古くからある公園だと思いますが、このように綺麗に再整備されているのを見ると、つくば市の取り組みに感心します。
残念ながらトイレが旧式ですが、それでも備えられているだけ助かります。
近くにコンビニは無いので、飲食物の持参は必須です。
駐車場はありますが狭めです。

From the prefectural road, it looks like a small park beside the shrine, but in reality there is a park with a large open space behind it.
I think it's an old park because it has old-fashioned playground equipment, but when I see it being beautifully redeveloped like this, I'm impressed with Tsukuba City's efforts.
Unfortunately the toilet is outdated, but it's still helpful as it is equipped.
There is no convenience store nearby, so you must bring your own food and drink.
There is a parking lot, but it is narrow.
