★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生の説明は丁寧。とても感じの良い先生です。女性でも安心出来るでしょう。
問題の受付の中年の女性ですが、一見無愛想で声のトーンとか話し方が確かにフレンドリーとは言えないかもしれませんが、よく話すと全然そんなことないですよ。全く問題ないです。
 The teacher's explanation is polite. A very nice teacher. Even women can feel at ease.
A middle-aged woman at the reception desk in question is seemingly unfriendly and may not be able to say that her voice tone or speaking style is friendly, but if you speak well, that is not the case at all. There is no problem at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応悪いと書いてありましたが、そんな事もなく先生の対応もとても丁寧です。
膀胱炎の疑いで来たのですが腎臓と膀胱炎にもエコーで見てもらい安心の診察でした。
それとコロナの影響か、14時から17時までの時間になってます。

性器の腫れで初診でした。
まず初診と伝えるとぶっきらぼうに｢保険証お願いします｣と。その時点で結構嫌な感じでした。
その後問診票書き終わって提出した際にトイレの場所を尋ねたら2回無視されしました。聞こえてないのかと3回目聞いたら｢尿をとってもらうかもしれないので！｣ってなぜかキレられた。
聞こえてるなら最初からそう言えよ。
受付2人いたが最初の対応がおばさん。
若い方が無視した方。
めちゃくちゃ気分わるいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待合室の雰囲気がとても良く、落ち着いています。先生が病気の内容を丁寧に説明してくれるので安心します。また、受付の女性が比較的無口ですが、いろいろ話してみると明るくていい人ばかりです。人は外見だけで判断しない方が良いと思います。料金も比較的安く、駅近で便利なので手軽に行ける泌尿器科だと思います。
The atmosphere in the waiting room is very nice and calm. I am relieved that the teacher will explain the details of the illness carefully. Also, the lady at the reception is relatively quiet, but when I talk about it, all of them are cheerful and nice. I think it is better for people not to judge only by their appearance. The urology department is relatively cheap and convenient because it is close to the station.

どこの病院も保険証を出すのは当たり前のことなので出せと言われる前に出す勢いでいいのでは？と個人的には思うタイプです?
Both the teacher and the receptionist are polite. I have never felt sloppy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約なしで行ったので結構待ちましたが、待合室はしっかりと感染対策されていて、先生も丁寧に対応してくださり、また同じ症状が出たらこちらにかかろうと思える良い病院でした。受付の方が無愛想との評価が目立ちますが、私は気になりませんでした。
I went there without a reservation, so I waited a long time, but the waiting room was well-prepared for infection control, and the teachers responded politely. 看護師さんもとっても素敵な人ばかりです。
ですが、他の方も書かれているように問題は受付。受付だけなぜこんなに愛想が悪いのでしょうか。初診の方は、受付の対応に驚かれると思いますが、他はとても良いので安心してかかってください。

お手洗いに行く回数がとても多く(30分毎に行きます)長年困っていました。数年前に川崎にある別の女性医師の泌尿器科へ受診した際に、「私は夜10回はトイレで起きるわ！」と、追い返されてしまったことがあり、その後は我慢してきました。
なので、こちらへ受診する際とても緊張していましたが、先生はとても丁寧な説明に加えて親身になって話を聞いて下さり薬も処方してくださいました。改善の兆しも見えてきました。
他の方の口コミで、受付の方が無愛想とありましたが、どの方もしっかりと対応してくださいましたし、わからないことを尋ねても親切でした。
合う・合わないは人それぞれですが、私はおすすめしたい病院です。

It suits and disagrees with each person, but I would like to recommend this hospital.
