★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっと不気味なことがあったので情報を共有します。
レジの並ぶマークのところにたって待っていたのに｢今度からでいいのでこちらのマークのところに並んでください｣と店員に言われました。
そこに並んでいたのに？
意味がわからないです。理不尽だし不快。
家から近い店舗なのでこれまでずっと利用していましたが、意味がわからなすぎて恐怖すらおぼえます。
今後は交通費はかかってしまいますが別の店舗を利用しようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて川崎のアニメイトに来た～!思ってたよりも狭く人が多すぎて、お目当ての物を探すのに苦労…。人酔いして早々に会計して店を出た!休日のせいか小中学生の子供達が沢山いた。子供達が高額のグッズを沢山買ってる姿には驚いた…。大人よりも大人買いしてた〜?
I came to Animate in Kawasaki for the first time ~! It's narrower than I expected and there are too many people, so it's hard to find what I'm looking for ... I got drunk and paid for it early and left the store! There were many elementary and junior high school children probably because of the holidays. I was surprised to see the children buying a lot of expensive goods ... I bought more adults than adults ~ ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レジで女性スタッフに商品の入荷について聞いたところ、ずっとヘラヘラしていて喋ってる内容も声が小さすぎて全く聞こえませんでした。
今回のふざけた態度と対応の仕方を見た限り、商品やスタッフの管理が行き届いていない事がよく分かりました。
扱っている物はどれも良いのに非常に残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅から一番近いアニメイトで頻繁に利用しますが、店員さんの私語が多いのが気になります。
内容は電話対応したお客さんの悪口だったりと、周りに客がいてもかなり大きめの声量で話しているので、とても不快です。
特典の入れ忘れなどもよく起こるので、絶対に欲しいものは、会計の際にきちんと店員さんに確認することをお勧めします。私は何回も入れ忘れが起こり、その度に悲しい思いをしました笑
グッズの品揃えはジャンルによってかなり差があるなと感じます。やっぱり行くなら横浜かな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the staff can't spoke English, however, they did try their best to assist me to find the book I needed. The book was out of stock at this store, and the staff helped me to locate the nearest Animate store with the book. And I could get the book finally because of them :)
